Description
Man's coat in wool, a twill-weave hard tartan of red, light blue, blue, white, black, green, and yellow. Short standing collar, single-breasted fastening centre front with buttons. Short skirts with large pockets at the front. Said to have been worn by a rider in Bonnie Prince Charlie's army at the Battle of Culloden, 1746.
